Great Western has launched Funeral Home Web Access today August 3, 2009. This access is for funeral homes that have active or assigned Great Western policies. In order to validate profiles, we ask that funeral home owners sign an authorization form notifying us who we can contact to validate profile requests. You can download the form below.
